Our beeswax is all natural, carefully filtered (but not further processed or bleached) to remove impurities.

Australian beeswax is some of the best in the world. This is because we are one of the very few countries that does not have a varroa mite problem. That means Australian beekeepers (unlike beekeepers in the US, NZ, Asia and Europe etc) don’t need to use miticides in our hives – therefore your beeswax is more pure and free of miticide residue.

*due to its natural form the wax may pull away from the jar when unlit however it doesn’t interfere with the performance of the candle and unfortunately the welcome discount isn’t applied to this candle due to the cost of the wax
